Students marched to the office of Chancellor Gene Block on Monday as a part of a May Day protest.
Protesters demanded protections for minority students and that UCLA be declared a sanctuary campus.
The protest also followed the end of President Donald Trump's first 100 days in office.
Protesters also called for UCLA to respond to issues such as sexual harassment cases, undocumented students and worker's rights.
The crowd of about 30 protesters gathered in front of Powell Library towards the end.
