First-year english student Kasey Han is wearing a floral dress because it's her birthday and she always wears a dress on her birthday. She also threw on a denim jacket because denim jackets go with everything and are perfect for today's weather, she said. Her dress is from Urban Outfitters, her jacket is from Forever 21, and her black boots are from Nordstrom.
