
"It's not about what others think of your outfit, it's about the way you work it," said Janelle Lau, a first-year biology student.

"This is my favorite jacket even though the button is missing because it is soft and spices up any outfit with a slightly grunge look," said, Kevin Liu, a fifth-year, anthropology student.

"My headband helps me manage my wavy hair and throws in an easy boho vibe," added Liu.

"This sash reminds me of all my hard work put in so far. It's a symbol for motivation and a sign from God my faith is not in vain," said Maurice Wheatley, a fourth-year African American studies studies student.

"I'm wearing my grandmother's necklace and some old dirty boots from Target. And my tie dye dress!," said Anna Mader, a frist-year student.

"I just try to wear things that are comfortable and funky. This outfit made me laugh and made me smile so I wore it! It's one of my favorites," added Mader.

"Bohemians are characterized as free spirits, and I believe my outfit exemplifies such freedom," added Jessica Alfaro, a first-year anthropology student.

"This aloha shirt is my favorite shirt because I got it at a thrift shop for five dollars. It has wooden buttons with palm trees engraved on them. I like to wear it when I don't want people to take me seriously. Since it's a large shirt, the airiness makes me feel liberated and takes me away from the stress of school," said Kevin Liu, a fifth-year, Anthropology student.
