RAWvolution in Santa Monica offers raw vegan options made of uncooked fruits and vegetables. The Mexican entree Nachos Grandes includes minced walnuts and pico de gallo on seed and spinach chips, while the Mexican Pizza used a sheet of nori seaweed as the vegan-friendly crust.
