We The Folk, an up-beat group of UCLA students plus one alumni, performs “She Belongs” – a fun, catchy tune that touches on an aspect of life that many young people can relate to: staying up all night, talking about life with someone that you care about. “It’s got kind of a beachy, casual setting to it,” explains Gabriel Wheaton, the violinist for the group. “But at its core, it’s about how people sometimes don’t realize they can actually get a lot more from their relationship with someone, and sometimes they want more than they are willing to admit.”
