Performances educate on sexual assault

From NYC to LA, the all-girl theater company Arts Effect made its California debut two weeks ago at the Hammer Museum with their original play SLUT, showing how theater can be a powerful tool for social change. Members and leaders of groups like the UCLA Sex Squad and 7000 in Solidarity, along with the founders of Arts Effect, share their methods for raising awareness about sexual assault through art.
