Bruins to share their spoken word at invitational

What does it take to be a spoken word poet at UCLA? This week, five Word on Wednesdays regulars and fellow Bruins are heading to Colorado to compete in the College Unions Poetry Slam Invitational. Fourth-year film student Ari Eastman and fourth-year English student Aman Batra explain how they’re preparing for the upcoming national tournament.
