“I have an appreciation for jewelry, not only as adornment but as objects of art and beauty,” said Muriel Chastanet, owner of a family-run business in Westwood that shares her name. Chastanet has been working with customers since the mid-1960s to handcraft original pieces for their custom tastes. Chastanet shares the story of this unique art form, which has endured throughout the generations.
