UCLA Health System, Cedars-Sinai, Select Medical to open rehabilitation hospital

UCLA Health System and Cedars-Sinai recently announced a partnership with Select Medical to create a rehabilitation facility in Century City that is set to open in 2015.

The facility will be be run by Select Medical in the location of the former Century City Hospital, just south of Santa Monica Boulevard.

The acute inpatient rehabilitation facilities at UCLA Health Systems and Cedars-Sinai will be transferred to the new hospital when it opens in 2015, according to the statement.

The former Century City Hospital is currently being retrofitted to meet seismic safety regulations.
