Bruin Bash movie “Don Jon” to show at UCLA tonight

By Daily Bruin

Sept. 26, 2013 1:56 p.m.

The movie Don Jon is set to show at UCLA at 7 and 9 p.m. today in Melnitz Hall, after technical difficulties prevented it from playing at Bruin Bash Sunday.

The Undergraduate Students Association Council Campus Events Commission, which ran the event, posted on its Facebook page Wednesday night asking students who attended the original event to email the commission.

Students who emailed the Campus Events Commission saying they tried to attend the movie Sunday will have priority spots for the two movie showings. Any leftover seats will be open to the public.

The deadline to email the commission and reserve seats was 1 p.m. Thursday.

“Again, we apologize for what happened and are working hard to make up for it,” the Campus Events Commission posted on its Facebook account Thursday.

Compiled by Amanda Schallert, Bruin senior staff.
