Alex Padilla, a second year goalkeeper on the UCLA men’s soccer team, competed in the COOP Beach Soccer Championships the weekend of May 18, marking his first time competitively playing beach soccer. He talks about his love for the game and the difficulties playing soccer on sand instead of grass.
