Wooden classes motivate Bruins to change lifestyle

Researchers have conducted studies that prove the importance of exercise in the college student’s lifestyle. Exercise helps relieve stress, improve grades, and contribute to overall wellness.

However, individualized fitness by way of a treadmill or elliptical does not work for everyone.

Wooden Center fitness pass instructor Valentina Vee shares her story. Her experience with group fitness helped her to see not only exercise, but life, in a way she never would have expected.
