American Indian Student Association Fashion Show 2012

Decorative headpieces and vibrantly colored Native American clothing was sent down the runway at the American Student Association Fashion Show. Held at UCLA’s Fowler Museum on Nov 16, the fashion show features third-year environmental studies student, Danielle Reppen and her grandmother, Dais Demientieff as model and crafter respectively. Watch as they reflect on the impact of Native American art, dance, and song on their culture.
