UCLA Breathmobile rolls to Long Beach to treat children with asthma

Jan. 20, 2012 – The UCLA Breathmobile, a self-styled “asthma clinic on wheels,” has been making trips to the Long Beach area for more than two years. Originally funded by the South Coast Air Quality Management District, the 33-foot-long RV stays at Mattel Children’s Hospital UCLA while it’s not being used to diagnose and treat children with asthma symptoms.
