CicLAvia presents platform for custom bike builder

On Oct. 9, 2011, ten miles of streets in Downtown Los Angeles were shut down for CicLAvia, where bikes, joggers, and pedestrians covered the pavement. For Arturo Ramirez Perez, CicLAvia is a way to showcase his work: custom bikes, including one named “Skeletron.”
