"Summer Night Lights" brings positive experience to Los Angeles parks

Since 2008, the city of Los Angeles has put on “Summer Night Lights,” a program built to discourage gang activity in L.A. parks after dark. For the members of the affected neighborhoods, the program brings a sense of positivity to their communities.
