Possible closure due to parking issues

The potential closure of the Westwood FlyAway is not a big surprise considering the parking situation at UCLA.
If you are using the FlyAway, there is no overnight parking available on weekdays, and parking is $7 per day.
I could park at LAX for $10-12 per day, my car would be closer, and I wouldn’t have to deal with Westside traffic and UCLA’s parking restrictions.
Whether your travel is a short trip during the week or a longer trip for more than just a weekend, UCLA FlyAway is a niche service that will never become mainstream as long as miserly parking policies continue.
