Hip Hop Congress brings hip hop's elements into the mainstream

The Hip Hop Congress celebrated its sixth-annual Hip Hop Appreciation Month this February. This year, the group focused mainly on the elements of hip hop, which include deejaying, breakdancing, emceeing, and graffiti art. Congress members explain the importance of hip hop on UCLA campus.
