Sophomore Connor Driscoll and the No. 14 UCLA men’s golf team began NCAA Championship play Tuesday at Inverness Club in Toledo, Ohio. The Bruins entered the national championships coming off a first place finish at the NCAA Central Regionals two weeks ago. UCLA will compete in a field of 30 teams in four rounds of golf to decide the national champion. The Bruins were the 2008 national champions and are looking to defend their title from No. 1 Georgia. After the first round of play, they are tied for 24th place.
