All-Hill Halloween a treat for what may be last year at UCLA

All-Hill Halloween was held on the Hill on Wednesday night. Disadvantaged children trick-or-treated door-to-door in the 14 on-campus residence halls. Students enjoyed the event for what may be the last for several years. Lack of funding and construction on the Hill may require the event to be moved to USC in the next few years, Cheryl Sims, associate director of ORL has said.
