Moment of silence for slain student

The Undergraduate Students Association Council will hold a moment of silence for murdered UCLA student Krishna Rajaram on Wednesday.
The event will be at noon at Meyerhoff Park. Council has invited a friend of Rajaram to make a brief speech before the moment of silence.
