Iran’s president deserves “˜ridicule’

Is the so-called “ridicule” of Ahmadinejad unjust?

Is inviting him to speak at an institution of higher learning just?

Has Columbia or any other respectful American university ever invited someone who questions whether slavery in the United States ever happened so as to attempt to delegitimize black history and thus deny their rightful claims, peace, prosperity, freedom, culture and identity?

If not, why is it acceptable to invite a Holocaust denier to spread lies in order to disgrace and wipe away the legitimacy of an entire people?

Columbia has insulted Jews, not to mention homosexuals and a long list of others, all over the world by giving this man a forum.

As the grandchild of an Auschwitz survivor, I could not be more offended and disgusted with Columbia’s decision to allow such a bigot to speak on its campus.
