If you were on student government, what would be your most
important priorities? What would you most like to accomplish?
Sylvia Choi Fourth-year, english “To promote
communication between the students and the chancellor or the
student government and the school. A lot of times, student needs
aren’t the same as whatever the school needs.”
Jon Hua Second-year, undeclared “Bring Taco
Bell back! I would bring more low-cost alternatives to everything
““ that relates to our fees and stuff.” Jerome
Price Third-year, political science “I would enact
the diversity requirement for students. Also, I would try to change
admissions policy to get more students of color, especially more
African Americans, specifically African American men.”
Erin Foley Third-year, biochemistry “I think
it would be good for us to have a reason to go to Ackerman besides
eating. I know there used to be a bowling alley, maybe something
like that. We just need more of a reason to hang out
there.”
