Miscellaneous

University police arrested Percy Miller (aka Master P) and
Vyshonn Miller (aka Silkk the Shocker) on Jan. 27 for carrying
concealed firearms. Police stopped the Millers’ 2005 Chrysler
300M on Gayley Avenue near Landfair Avenue 20 minutes before
midnight for not having a license plate. The Millers were arrested
after authorities saw one gun near the driver’s seat and
found a second gun in the car after ordering all four occupants out
of the car. The Millers were held and released on $35,000 bail.

Someone broke the driver’s side window of a 2000 blue
Toyota Corolla at 652 Hilgard Ave. between Jan. 24 and Jan. 26.

Someone posing as a parking attendant took $8 from someone else
and told them to park in space #47 in Lot 32.

Petty Theft

Someone stole a parking permit from a vehicle parked in Lot DD
between Jan. 6 and Jan. 8.

Grand Theft

A yellow 2003 Honda was stolen from 765 Weyburn Ave. between
Jan. 25 and Jan. 27.

A laptop and carrying case worth $1,325 were stolen from the
School of Law on Jan. 25.

A 1995 Acura Integra was stolen from in front of 555 Glenrock
Ave. between Jan. 20 and Jan. 21.

A computer tower worth $1,000 was stolen from the Santa Monica
Hospital between Jan. 18 and Jan. 20.

A laptop computer and eight sets of van keys worth a total of
$1,125 were stolen from a room in Kerckhoff Hall between Dec. 20,
2004, and Jan. 6.
