Jazz at the Grand Salon Series
Kerckhoff Hall Young Grand Salon
Today, 8 p.m. Fusion jazz and world music band Tenth World performs
at the series’ fourth and last concert of the year put on by
the UCLA Student Committee for the Arts. Tickets are $15, $7 for

The Cooperage
Friday, 7:30 p.m. UCLA Music Club puts on an end-of-the-year
concert featuring student bands and soloists with a variety of
performances. The acts will be followed with a jam session open to
anyone with an instrument. Free. For more information on the event

June 2, 6 p.m.- midnight With finals and paper deadlines drawing
menacingly close, it can be hard to escape Westwood for a night of
real entertainment. So the Cultural Affairs Commission is bringing
the big name acts to you with its year-end grand finale concert.
For the moment, though, the lineup cannot be officially named. But
here’s a hint: It’s going to be good, and, better than
that, it’ll be free.
