For some time now, Los Angeles sports fans have bemoaned the
absence of a professional football team. Great lengths have been
taken to investigate the possibility of bringing a team back to
this city. But after last year’s dismal UCLA football record,
we’d like to suggest our energies might be better spent
developing an actual football program at our fine school. You know
there’s a problem when no one even blinks at the exit of
Tyler Ebell from the roster because really, who could blame him?
Besides, what could really be more exciting for L.A. sports fans
than a bona fide competition between UCLA and that other school
across town?
