Volleyball Prospect Headed to UCLA

The Los Angeles Times has reported that Huntington Beach Marina
High’s Steve Klosterman has verbally committed to UCLA.

Widely regarded as the top boy’s volleyball recruit in the
nation, the 6-foot-7 opposite hitter is a two-time All-Southern
Section selection and was named the most valuable player at the USA
Junior Olympics last summer.

Klosterman chose to attend UCLA over a host of other Southern
California volleyball powers including Pepperdine and USC. He will
sign a national letter of intent on Nov. 13.
