With this burrito, the usual bustle of lunch time ““
complete with napkins flying, squirrels dashing, and people rushing
““ will disappear. Lunch time will consist of just you and the
soft totilla between your hands.

This vegetable delight, selling for $2.30 at Casa del Norte at
Northern Lights, is a flavorful combination of lettuce, squash,
corn and bell peppers topped with salsa and guacamole. Although
there are no posters on Bruin Walk advertising this burrito or a
talking chiuaua convincing people to buy it, this meal is worth
trying.
