Lacrosse faces Cal this weekend

The UCLA men’s lacrosse team, currently No. 21 in the
USLIA National Rankings, faces No. 3 Cal at home Saturday at 1 p.m.
The game is scheduled to be played on the North Athletic Field, but
in the event of rain it may be moved to the North end of the IM
field.

Last weekend UCLA (2-1) earned local bragging rights with a hard
fought 9-8 victory over Loyola Marymount and a 14-5 drubbing of
USC. Saturday’s game presents a tremendous opportunity for
the Bruins to improve their national standing and make an early
impression on the committee that selects the teams for the national
championship tournament in May.
