In search of recognition

Carrying signs that read "We want justice" and "Denial is a
crime," protesters marched through campus on Friday. They were
there in remembrance of the 1.5 million Armenians who were killed
between 1915 and 1923 allegedly by Ottoman Turks.

One demonstrator, Lina Davidian said, "it is very
painful–genocide, but what is more painful is denial." Another
demonstrator Sevak Baguyam said it is "not a march for Armenians,
but a march for humanity."
