CORRECTIONIn the April 19 "Quotes" column in Viewpoint, Dimitris
Reppas, a spokesman for the Greek government, was referring to the
murder of 18 Greek tourists in Egypt.

The name of Dwight Read, chair of the Ad Hoc Responsibility
Centered Management Coordinating Committee in the Academic Senate,
was misspelled in the April 17 article "Budget tool may empower
UCLA faculty."
