Alex Blaseio, a third-year neuroscience student, works on research relating to memory under the mentorship of Erin Gray, a graduate student in neuroscience. Originally an English student, Blaseio works in Dr. Thomas O’Dell’s lab to explore the brain’s memory and learning center, which is called the hippocampus and is located in the forebrain.
