Josh Rosen Sam Connon, assistant Sports editor It took three weeks, but Josh Rosen is now a starting quarterback in the NFL. The No. 10 overall pick in last year’s NFL Draft and former UCLA football starter got his first taste of NFL action last week, but the Arizona Cardinals named him their starting quarterback Monday.
