Eight Ways to Spice Up Hot Chocolate

The University of California announced that all ten campuses and five of its medical centers committed to using 100 percent clean electricity by 2025. This means the UC will be emitting zero carbon and using renewably generated electricity within a decade. What do you think about this?
This commitment is a positive step toward making the UC a more environmentally conscious university system.
While this commitment might be better than the UC doing nothing, it isn’t enough to truly make a difference given how long it will take to achieve the desired result.
The UC should be pursuing a more aggressive environmental campaign, committing to eliminating its carbon footprint within a shorter time frame.
I have feelings about this that are not expressed in the options above.
