Eighteen-year-old rapper YBN Nahmir was one of the night's earlier openers. He returned to the stage as G-Eazy's first guest to perform their song ''1942.''

The first surprise guest of the night came as G-Eazy introduced Los Angeles-based rapper YG to the crowd.
