UCLA students experience sensory deprivation tanks

As popularized by Eleven on Netflix’s “Stranger Things,” sensory deprivation tanks plunge participants into salt and water, creating an experience that leaves them with their thoughts. Westwood has its own eight tanks at the Float Lab owned by Crash. Watch as third-year philosophy student Zach Johnson, third-year statistics student Samad Patel and fourth-year Design | Media Arts student Nathan Chan discuss their time in the tank.
