LAPD searching for suspect for vandalizing car on Wilshire Boulevard

Police are searching for a man who jumped on top of another person’s car and damaged its wiper blades and rear view mirrors on Wilshire Boulevard Tuesday evening.

The man got off his motorcycle and jumped on top of the car while at a red light about 7:30 p.m. on the corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Veteran Avenue, according to a Los Angeles Police Department alert.

The man was described as white, 6 feet tall, 200 pounds and about 30 years old with a beard and mustache, according to the alert. He was wearing a gray shirt, gray pants and brown Nike shoes.

His motorcycle is a black and gray Softail Deluxe Harley-Davidson model with no license plate, police said.

No further information was immediately available. The case is still under investigation.
