University police recently released surveillance images of a man wanted for stealing packages from the mail room of a UCLA graduate student apartment complex late last month.

Police said the man entered the mail room of the Venice/Barry apartment complex, about 4 1/2 miles south of UCLA, around 7:40 p.m. on Nov. 20. He then took all the unsecured packages and left the room, according to a UCPD statement.

The man was described as Hispanic, about 30 years old, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and 300 pounds with brown hair.

He was wearing a red beanie, black T-shirt with the letters “ROC” in white, plaid shorts and black tennis shoes.

Anyone with information about the man can call UCPD at (310) 825-1491.
