UCLA alum takes the stage in Voices of LA

UCLA alumnus Jarell Perry is taking on another step in his music career. Just known for his progressive R&B; in Kerkhoff Coffee House and Spring Sing a few years ago, Perry has emerged as a public artist in Los Angeles. During the summer of 2014, Perry has been working in a season-long festival called Voices of LA where artists of different genres collaborate to raise awareness of the diversity of the city, especially with the Jewish community. On Aug. 25, Perry collaborated with Wil-Dog of Ozomatli in Fais Do-Do in Los Angeles. Watch highlights of this musical performance and listen as Perry describes his story in becoming a world artist.
