Rapper Lfeatherz, also known as second year psychobiology student Lawrence Madella, takes the mike in the studio to give a performance and answer a few of the host’s burning questions, such as how he chose such a unique stage name. Mother’s Day was this past weekend, so English Professor Joseph Nagy discusses the classic trope of the evil stepmother in folklore. Finally, we explore the weekly Jewish observance, Shabbat,from two perspectives. Yael Glouberman a first year undeclared student and a member of Hillel, an on-campus Jewish organization, discusses the background of the tradition and what it means to her, while third year political science student and member of the Muslim Student Association Liban Dini describes what he’s learned from observing Shabbat.
