Undergraduate election campaigning usually involves flyers,
sandwich boards and endorsements by various campus
organizations.

But candidates for undergraduate president will discuss student
issues today, in an hour-long debate at 1:30 p.m. in Westwood
Plaza. The event is sponsored by the Daily Bruin and will be
moderated by Editor-in-Chief Roxane Márquez.

This year, three candidates are vying for the top seat in the
Undergraduate Student Association Council. Students can watch the
discussion between Students First! candidate John Du, Brad Miller
of the United Student slate and J.D. Tovar of the Bruin Vision
slate.

Each candidate will briefly introduce himself and his platform,
followed by a question and answer period in which candidates can
ask each other candidates.

The debate and campaigning all build up to the undergraduate
elections , being held Wednesday and Thursday. Polling places will
be located across campus.
